Undertone is currently looking for a VP of Engineering reporting to our CTO. This role can be based in NY or San Francisco and will have the opportunity to build a team as well as develop our proprietary technology.

| Director of Ad Operations
The Director of Ad Operations is responsible for the overall results of our Operations team including achieving full delivery of our advertiser’s campaigns while exceeding their performance objectives. In addition, you will focus on analytics, statistical modeling and forecasting. This position will encompass managing a team of 8+ (and growing), coordinating their efforts on a tactical level, while having a high-impact role within our organization. |
| Qualifications: |
| • 5-8 years of digital ad operations experience
• 3+ years of experience managing a digital operations team of 7-10 people • Strong analytical skills for campaign analysis and optimization • Experience with ad server technologies and campaign management platforms • Incredible attention to detail • Exceptional Excel skills • HTML, Javascript, Flash and CSS proficiency • Excellent communication skills • Well organized • Bachelor’s degree |

| Online Ad Operations – Team Lead: The Team Lead is responsible for the overseeing the daily workflow of 2-3 Campaign Managers and is ultimately responsible for achieving full delivery of advertiser’s campaigns while meeting or exceeding their expectations. You will also work closely with sales and media buying teams to optimize the flow of inventory. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role within our organization.
