Responsibilities: Responsible for all trafficking for up to 5 Account Executives plus work as part of a central Ad Ops team to establish best practices and strategic guidance for all Collective Media’s traffic Work with accounting and account management teams on the execution and final recognition of all campaigns under your responsibility Ensuring proper tagging of video elements – Working with client/iAgency partners on Flash unit set-up/coding Assisting with the development of post-click tracking solutions for acquisition measurement using current agency 3rd party adserver Ensuring proper set-up of click-through URLs, alt text tags – QA’ing ad reference tags with publishers – Managing flash, jpeg/gif and click-command tags for site-served campaigns Troubleshoot all ad-serving and inventory delivery issues Requirements: 1 year of online trafficking experience. DoubleClick DFP system experience preferred Understanding of the online media sales and operations processes from experience as an ad agency planner/buyer or a web publisher traffic role The successful candidate needs to be extremely detail orientated, have a strong quantitative background, and is very flexible in the ever-changing world of online ad campaign management. It is likely that each Associate will eventually need to be proficient at trafficking across multiple sites outside their specific charges as trafficking responsibilities grow Ability to work well in a matrixed environment with relationships across many key partners within Collective Media such as ad sales Accounting and Biz Dev
